01Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate contact and delivery details. You are responsible for keeping your account and verification details secure.
02Orders & Availability
- •All orders are subject to product availability and delivery slot capacity.
- •Same-day and Fresh Morning availability depend on preparation and cut-off times shown at the time of ordering.
- •We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order due to stock, pricing errors, or serviceability of your area.
03Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment can be made online, via UPI, or through Cash on Delivery where available. Delivery fees are shown before checkout.
04Delivery
We deliver only within our serviceable areas. Delivery times are estimates based on your chosen slot. Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the order during the selected window.
05Product Quality
Our meat and seafood are freshly prepared under strict hygiene standards. If you are not satisfied with the quality on arrival, please contact us within 24 hours — see our Refund Policy for details.
06Limitation of Liability
Fresh Direct Home is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, traffic, or supply disruptions.
07Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
